Accessing free support services
Free support services can be a lifeline. They provide access to trained volunteers who will listen and provide confidential psychosocial support. Some services are available 24.7; many services are tailored to specific difficulties – that way you know you are talking with someone who really can better appreciate what you are experiencing.
